CCS Families and Friends,

Tomorrow, May 3rd, is Lowcountry Giving Day. This is a 24-hour
online giving opportunity for people to donate to non-profit
organizations and schools. The Diocese of Charleston has asked the
Catholic schools in the Lowcountry to participate in this event. You
probably have already seen the advertisements in the Catholic
Miscellany.

Click on the Lowcountry Giving site. Click on “Schedule a Donation”.
In the search bar type “The Charleston Catholic School”. Then choose
your donation amount.

Please share this opportunity with family members, friends, work
colleagues, and neighbors who might be interested in participating in
Lowcountry Giving Day. Also, there might be some people who were not
able to attend our Gala this past Friday night who would be willing
to support our school. Any funds we raise will be used for tuition
assistance for 2016-17 school year.

Please watch the video and listen to Bishop Guglielmone’s message
about our Catholic schools in South Carolina. Click here – http://cts.vresp.com/c/?TheCharlestonCatholi/09c2d3010a/TEST/9d093d8833/v=q2xQdnIWqxA&feature=youtu.be to watch the video.

Mission Statement of The Charleston Catholic School

The Charleston Catholic School educates a socially diverse student
body in a welcoming family environment within the sacred tradition
and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Teachers challenge

in academic subjects and the arts while developing self-discipline,
compassion for others, and nurturing a strong Catholic faith.
