The Charleston Catholic School Field Day will be held on Friday, May
6, 2016 at Palmetto Islands County Park, 444 Needlerush Pkwy. in Mt.
Pleasant. You will need to drop off your child at the park at 9:00
a.m. and pick them up at 1:00 p.m. Please do not arrive any earlier
than 9:00 a.m. The cost per child is included in the tuition. This
includes entrance to the park, our shelter, games, lunch (D’
Allesandro’s pizza, fresh fruit, granola bar & bottled water). There
is no aftercare on this day.
Students will wear physical education uniforms and tennis shoes, (no
sweatshirts, sandals or flip- flops). Students may wear hats at the
discretion of their homeroom teacher. Please apply sunscreen and bug
spray before you drop your child off. Snacks, extra sunscreen and
bug spray will be provided as needed. Book bags and backpacks are not
No electronics (cell phones, iPods, iPads, etc.) will be allowed.
IN CASE OF RAIN, STUDENTS WILL REPORT TO SCHOOL FOR A REGULAR SCHOOL
DAY. All families will be notified by the school’s emergency alert
